Try freshly ground black pepper instead of adding salt.
Crush 4 boiled new potatoes and mix in 1 tsp grain mustard, chopped parsley, freshly ground black pepper and 1 chopped shallot.
Pour over the cauliflower and spinach sprinkle liberally with paprika and crushed black pepper and place in a hot oven.
Add a little lemon juice, the cognac or dry white vermouth and mix through seasoning with a little black pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons parsley or coriander finely chopped, and grindings of fresh black pepper to taste.
