The coat is unspotted at all ages, with a whitish area in the region of the tail.
Most of the studied artifacts are of spotted dolerite, a small number being unspotted dolerite.
C. umbellata, with glossy, unspotted leaves and somewhat larger reddish flowers, is also suited for like positions.
