Jasminum mesnyi is sometimes listed as Jasminum primulinum and is known by the common names of Japanese jasmine, primrose jasmine, and yellow jasmine.
I suspect that I have a Yellow Jasmine as my plants' flowers are not double blooms but single (approx.) 1" blossoms that send the most delicious fragrance out on the wind.
Homeopaths may treat sore throats with superdilute solutions of Lachesis, Belladonna, Phytolacca, or yellow jasmine (Gelsemium).
