How retired the otter manages to live here!
The Barbary otter is present in the Majerda and in some of the salt lakes.
You can easily recognize the paw print of the otter by the webbed toes.
Otter with the water hairs removed, the strongest fur suited for linings, is here taken as the standard.
The only river with traffic of commercial importance is Otter Creek, flowing northwards into the southern part of Lake Champlain and having a navigable length of 8 m.
