Crumbled tofu can often be substituted for cottage cheese.
Simply spread a little marmite over 2 crispbreads, then pile 75g (2¾ oz) low fat cottage cheese on top.
Other foods could include cauliflower, spinach, broccoli, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese and whole milk.
